call engineer outside these hours - please

We are based in Hampshire but
we consult across the UK and remotely anywhere. |

hours - can you help? |
We routinely
carry out migrations, upgrades and remedial work
at weekends, during holidays and in the evenings
- uniquely
we charge no extra for this. |
| What products do you support? |
Our key skills
are in all versions of Exchange Server, Windows
Server,
Active Directory, Small Business
Server
and SharePoint Portal Server, but we have engineers
skilled in most Microsoft Server software. |
| Do you sell hardware? |
We rarely sell
hardware. We will specify suitable hardware
for the solution
the client requires and let the client make savings
by buying it directly from the vendor. |
| Do you sell software? |
Yes - most Microsoft Server products
and GFI software. |
| My company needs users to be access
email and data from home |
We have many
years of experience of setting up VPNs for secure
remote data access.
We can set up secure OWA or Outlook (RPC/HTTP)
mode for remote email access. |
| Can you provide reference sites? |
It is common to be asked for a reference
site before commissioning us to carry out work
- we will be glad to provide references on request. |
| My Exchange databases are corrupt,
should I run eseutil? |
No! If at all possible - let us
have a copy of your Exchange database(s) before
attempting a repair using eseutil or anything else. |
| What's the
charge if
you can't recover any Exchange data? |
If no data
is recoverable from Exchange databases (EDB and
STM files) or PSTs, OSTs, DBXs etc - there is
no charge. |

ETL have the backing of Microsoft.
We can escalate business critical problems to Microsoft
and work with them to get a resolution. |

As long as
your server(s) can browse the Internet, we can access
your server and support it remotely. Our remote
control software less than 1Mb, quick to download,
needs no configuration, no changes to your firewall
and does not install. |
| How much do you charge? |
It depends
on the level of engineer required, length of
job and travel expenses
- you will get an individual quotation. Remote
IT support is cheaper as no travel is involved.

| What payment methods do you allow? |
Standard business
terms - we will submit an invoice to you and
full payment MUST be within 30 calendar days.
We require
a
purchase order or explicit agreement to our charges
in an email/fax. Alternatively, you can pay
securely on-line immediately. |
